The acebuche (Olea sylvestris) is the wild grandfather of all cultivated olive varieties (Olea europaea). Never domesticated, it bears small fruits from which we obtain an oil of unprecedented flavour: strong, very intense, with high levels of polyphenols the primitive and genuine essences of the Mediterranean countryside.
