WILD OLIVE OIL
The acebuche (Olea sylvestris) is the wild grandfather of all cultivated olive varieties (Olea europaea). Never domesticated, it bears small fruits from which we obtain an oil of unprecedented flavour: strong, very intense, with high levels of polyphenols the primitive and genuine essences of the Mediterranean countryside. A unique, exclusive, exceptional product.
